It can be used in many ways including, leading lines, natural framing, negative space, patterns, and to create depth. Colour can also help tell visual stories with photos and can be used to communicate to the viewers on an emotional level. Monochromatic colours can be used to create a sense of unity and cohesion in a space to help the image equal a whole.
